You might not have heard of them before, but Snack-A-Jacks are my new favourite crisps. They are made from pop-corn and are simply bursting with flavour. Pretty good that they are low in calories as well for my task of getting back in shape: 13st 6lbs!.
Mondays will now be my weighing day. I’ve started light, simply eating Shapers food for lunch and watching my portion size at dinner but I plan to hit the gym this week and regularly attend after I get back into the swing of things.

Confusion in the flat this morning - after trying to weigh myself, the scales decided to go crazy and produce values up and down the chart. Using some intelligence brought me to the conclusion that the carpet is effecting the results so I have moved the scales to the kitchen.
This has brought some frightening results: It seems I am 12st 13.6lb, which sounds more correct than the figures I was playing with before (I always thought I was slightly south of 14st when I started). That means using basis figure of 13st 13lbs, I have lost: 1 stone in one month
