Forgot the weigh in yesterday (was so tired, I just hit the pillow and fell asleep) so I just weighed myself after dinner and my weight is now at 12st 7.8lbs, 3.5 pounds from last week.

One of a main dangers of visiting TMOG is the distance between the venue and my flat. I can’t go from my work, to my flat then to TMOG. This means I usually have to get some sort of food or dinner at the venue which isn’t healthy to say the least.

Luckily today, I discovered that Sainbury’s have little portions of cereal & milk perfect for this Kellogg’s diet. A bit expensive at 99p but still allows me to keep within the diet.
