Brought my own lunch today, the spaghetti leftovers from last night. While more calories than my usual lunch, it’s more filling as it’s pasta and should last me for the duration of the day.
I have to travel to London tomorrow so it will be interesting to see what I can find. I sense sushi.

Been terrible this morning, I had it planned: arrive at the gym at 7:30. Alarm came and went, couldn’t wake up. Going to hit the gym after work as a form of punishment for not going in the morning. Mornings are always better.

Reading a new book this past week, it is called This Book Will Save Your Life by A.M. Homes. It’s pretty much a story of nothing - there is no underlining plot, or a predictable story. Simply about a man as he tries to break from the norm. It’s the Catcher in the Rye of the modern age without all the controversy.
The start is a little slow, but the more I read, the more I wanted to keep reading and now I find myself 3/4 of the way in enjoying every paragraph.
[edit] I’ve simply not been able to put this book down, just finished the novel. The ending is perfect, simply a story about nothing revolving around a man, who simply wants to have something to do.

I am overweight - drastically. I used to be 10-11 stones, I am now 13-14+. This is wrong and I physically don’t feel well.
This is a challenge, to lose at least 1st in 126 days if not 2 stone.
I will post everyday with my estimated calories in and out. For activities I don’t know, I will comment on them as well. Every week I will weigh myself as well to see how it is progressing.
JD has stepped up to the challenge (it was actually his recent trip to the gyms, that got me thinking about my own health) and will be documenting his journey as well.
