While clearing an old hard-drive, I discovered a series of quicktime videos I took at Blizzcon. While most of these were taken at the starter area of the new Horde race, The Blood Elves, there is one video of the new expansion which will be included in the Burning Crusade.
I’ve converted the videos to XVID AVI so if your player starts bitching about codecs, you might want to get something like vlc or mplayer:

The anime starts life as a new student called Suzumiya Haruhi enrolls into a new high school. However her blunt introduction speech to the class, indicates she has no interest in ordinary humans and would much rather that talk to aliens, time travellers, sliders and espers. After alienating everyone in the class with this, she becomes a loner who would much rather spend time by herself than with others. This doesn’t stop her from joining school-clubs, though after 1 day in most cases, she will quit the club and join another at the behest of others. Haruhi’s unusually behaviour doesn’t go unnoticed however and is narrated by the show’s protagonist Kyon, who by fate, is Haruhi’s table-neighbour in the class.
Kyron confronts Haruhi about her club expliots and soon sets in motion the creation of the SOS Brigade, Haruhi’s own personal club. The anime follows the life of this club and the events they take part in.

What really pulled me into this anime was the first episode. Understand that all the infomation you have read above, was shown on the second episode - not the first. The first episode was actually a badly acted, badly written and badly filmed B movie starring the cast of the anime - obviously an episode chronological further than the second, a film production from one of the club’s future activities. This show is very funny and the comedy is just perfect, while still has an underlining serious undertone which has yet to be revealed.

Obviously I follow both Bleach and Naruto but over the last few months I haven’t watched anything new - there just seemed to be a dry season this year.
I tried to watch Hell Girl and Blood+ but neither could really hold my attention for longer than several episodes (I still have a back catalog of Blood to watch…). This however all changed when two certain girls entered my life: Haruhi Suzumiya and Haruhi Fujioka. Both of which have taken the anime community by storm especially Miss Suzumiya.

Have just returned from a long-weekend trip from Budapest visiting a friend. It was fun carrying tens of thousands of Forint at a time (the exchange rate was around 375 Forint to 1 Sterling Pound) and meeting new people. Visited tons of places like Heroes’ Square and the House of Terror.
Uploading a few pictures to the flickr account though have to point-out my favourite photo of them all:

When looking for a place to drink some coffee, we discovered this fancy cafe in the central of Budapest which served what I could only describe as Real Hot-Chocolate. So thick, they gave you a little glass of water to drink alongside it.

Looked at a few examples of spoiler tags and most of them were in the form of a Wordpress plugin or Javascript. I decided to write a CSS based one which required minimal effort to install and here it is:

It’s a bit wierd in the way it uses the a:focus dynamic pseudo-class but it works very well and looks very simple. One of the main problems however is that the CSS doesn’t match multiple paragraph tags but this will do for now.
